Author’s Guide

Manuscript Preparation

Manuscripts are invited from academicians, researchers and practitioners for publication consideration in all areas related to applied sciences. Each manuscript must include a 100 to 150 words abstract.

Manuscript submission

Please submit all papers in journal format to chief editor editorsauss@gmail.com. For journal template click Sauss Template. A verification email will be sent in 24 hours and immediate review process will be initiated.

Review Process

All articles are subjected to a double blind peer-review process. The review process may take approximately one to two months. In initial review, it is ensured that the Similarity Index of submitted manuscript is below 20% as per journal policy.

Revised and Final Version

Authors may be requested by the editor to revise the text. Authors should submit the revised version of the paper as soon as possible. Authors  of the article should strictly follow the recommendations of our reviewers and prepare the final version of the article.

Final versions of the articles should strictly follow the format of the journal.

Copyright Transfer

Submission of your paper to Saussurea implies that the paper is not previously copyrighted, published, or accepted for publication. Paper submission to journal is interpreted as a statement of certification that no part of the manuscript is copyrighted by any other publisher nor is under review by any other formal publication.

Publication Charges

The Saussurea Journal is a non-profit initiative which is partly sponsored by a non-governmental organizations in the Switzerland.

Like other open-access journals, we do not charge subscription fees to readers or libraries. We cover the costs partially through article processing fees. Our expenses are split among editorial costs, electronic composition and production, journal information system, manuscript management system, electronic archiving, overhead expenses, and administrative costs. The papers are published immediately after registration. However, authors can withdraw their papers any time.
